A kinder, gentler way of reaching your financial goals in an effective way — use the Myers Briggs personality test to assess how your views of finance are affected by your personality type! Attendees can expect to learn how to manage their finances according to their personality, via processes, softwares, and how to set goals. Speaking of goals, we’ll also help you drill down on some essential goals that people should have with respect to their finances. Let’s reduce the guilt associated with personal finance to help you make forward progress!

About the presenter:

Caitlin Falenski has been helping clients address their financial goals with Oppenheimer since 2011. She is a member of the Baniszewski Falenski Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. as a Senior Director-Investments. Caitlin recently achieved her CFP® designation, which earned her the title of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

While embracing honesty and integrity, Caitlin works to address her clients’ needs. Her investment knowledge and enthusiasm are an integral part of overseeing the Group’s practice. The majority of her clients are dynamic women; driven to succeed both professionally and personally. She strives to simplify their lives and foster financial confidence by engaging them in their financial affairs. Women are known to be multi-taskers, which is why efficiency, stress reduction and creation of a systematic process help motivate Caitlin and her clients to move forward with their financial goals. Using a highly disciplined approach, her clients appreciate the structure and accountability that she continually emphasizes. Whether they enjoy organization in their life, or merely desire simplicity, Caitlin inspires her clients to be proactive in planning for their financial future, and to work towards achieving fiscal stability.

A graduate from Michigan State University, Caitlin holds the FINRA General Securities Representative registration (Series 7), as well as the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (Series 63) and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (Series 65). In addition, she is a licensed health and life insurance agent in the state of Michigan.

Caitlin splits her time between Berkley and Traverse City with her husband, Brandon, and their corgi, Pearl. She is a retired marathon runner, and enjoys biking, hiking and spending time on Arbutus Lake.
