Not at all! Our coworking space is open to remote workers, freelancers, business owners, and anyone else looking for a great place to work. No additional program participation is required.
Absolutely. You can grab a day pass and test drive the workspace. It’s a great way to see if the vibe is right for you.
Standard access during business hours is typically Monday–Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, but some coworking memberships include 24/7 access so you can work on your schedule. You can check details when you join.
Parking is free and onsite. No meters, no circling the block, and no parallel parking required.
Many memberships include access to conference and meeting rooms you can reserve for team calls, presentations, or planning sessions.
Yes! 20Fathoms regularly hosts community events, professional workshops, coaching sessions, and more. These are great if you want to connect, but totally optional.
Totally OK! Our space is designed to support how you work best, whether that means quiet focus, occasional collaboration, or somewhere in between. You’ll always find dedicated areas for heads-down work and private calls and a community that respects boundaries just as much as it celebrates connection. If you want solitude, you’ll find it. If you want support, it’s right beside you also.
Sadly, most of our pets are not allowed in the building. Service animals are welcome, however; please reach out if you have any questions!
You are welcome to meet with guests in our meeting rooms or common spaces, but if your guests will be working from the space beyond the scope of your meeting, we offer discounted day passes for guests of our members.
