Local entrepreneur Mark Wanner will be at 20F to talk about Trying vs. Doing

This Week at Breakfast Lab

We all say we’re “working on it”… but at some point, progress requires a shift from trying to actually doing.

In this session, Mark Wanner shares his journey. He’ll dig into where he started to what he’s building now, and the mindset shifts that helped him stop playing small and start taking real action. We’ll explore the difference between learning and executing, why investing in coaching changes how seriously you show up, and how to start thinking like someone who’s actually in the game.

We’ll also delve into when it’s time to stop doing everything yourself. Using insights from Buy Back Your Time, Mark will walk through how to think about hiring, what to delegate first, and how buying back your time can help you focus on the work that actually moves things forward.

Expect a fast-paced, honest conversation (with a little tough love), plus time for Q&A to dig into your specific challenges.

About the Presenter

Mark Wanner is an entrepreneur and builder who believes in playing the long game with a focus on creating something strong, sustainable, and meaningful over time.

As the owner and CEO of multiple ventures, including Green Mitt Luxury Auto Spa, Mark brings a hands-on, real-world perspective to what it takes to grow a business and lead a team. He’s passionate about the process, the people he gets to work alongside, and building things that last.

Mark’s approach is grounded, honest, and action-oriented. He’s here to share what he’s learned, challenge how you think about progress, and help you move forward in a way that actually sticks.
