This Week at Breakfast Lab
Founders don’t lack ideas, connections, or resources — they lack focus. As the CEO, CFO, CMO, and everything else in between, it’s easy to lose sight of what actually matters when everything feels like the priority.
In this session, Shea Petaja will share the guiding principles she’s developed for solopreneurs to focus, find support, and gain traction. Shea has worked with coaches on strategy and focus since 2008, and after years facilitating EOS and L10 meetings for a former employer, she struck out on her own in 2022 — only to discover that the frameworks built for bigger businesses don’t translate perfectly to solopreneurs. That realization led her to create a mastermind of founders and the Fo*Cuss planner, built around a simple truth from her own coach: “Simple isn’t easy.”
Join Shea for breakfast and learn how to cut through the noise and get traction on what matters most. This session is ideal for experienced solopreneurs and seasoned founders in need of a refresh.
About the Presenter
Shea Petaja has been working with coaches on strategy and focus since 2008. She introduced EOS to her former employer and facilitated L10 meetings for several years — she’s a fan. When she went out on her own in 2022, she found that the skills that worked for bigger businesses didn’t translate perfectly for solopreneurs, so she created a mastermind of founders and the Fo*Cuss planner, now their guide to getting focused and staying on track.
