Working hard on the wrong problem is one of the most expensive mistakes in entrepreneurship. This hands-on session gives you frameworks for diagnosing what you’re really facing, then walks you through applying them to your own business or idea. Bring any problem–the problem your business solves, a challenge inside your business, or even a problem in your own life. You’ll leave with a sharper problem statement and a new lens for looking at it.

About the Presenter

Mike Duvall helps founders navigate the complex world of startup growth and capital. As Startup Capital Manager at 20Fathoms, he supports entrepreneurs as they explore funding opportunities and growth pathways, from grants and state programs to angel and venture investment. Mike has worked across leadership development, public diplomacy, and strategic partnerships. He has a background as a coach and conflict resolution expert and has supported entrepreneurs from more than 60 countries.
