This Week at Breakfast Lab

Most founders know what it feels like to be busy all day and still fail to move the one thing that actually matters. Slack, email, customer requests, half-finished ideas, and a constantly available AI assistant can make it even harder to protect real thinking time.

In this hands-on session, you’ll build a repeatable AI-supported focus block: a simple system for choosing one meaningful outcome, gathering the context you need, working deliberately, parking distractions, and closing with a clear next step. You’ll see how AI can help you prepare, think, and execute without becoming another source of noise.

We’ll work through how to define a useful outcome, assemble the right context, and create a personal focus workflow you can reuse. Attendees who come prepared should leave with a working template for their next high-value block of work.

Attendees should bring:

  • A laptop
  • One meaningful outcome or project they want to make progress on
  • Any useful context: notes, documents, links, or a rough to-do list
  • A paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription (recommended)
