20F Book Conversation

Join us for the inaugural 20Fathoms Book Conversation!

Please bring a business book that inspires you to our inaugural 20Fathoms Book Conversation!

Madison Ford, Ford Insurance, will guide us through a one-hour conversation. All participants will have the opportunity to share why their chosen book inspires them, how it has impacted their business and personal growth, and one takeaway they’d want people to leave with.

Conveniently, the event takes place right before the 20Fathoms Open House, so continue the book conversation while enjoying beer, wine, kombucha, and coffee!

About the presenter:

Madison is relationship-focused problem solver that delights in working with others to envision, accomplish, and protect their greater goals. He specializes in providing employee benefits solutions for businesses of all sizes and phases, and life insurance to protect investments, ideas, and the things most dear to us.

Madison is passionate about changing the conversation around insurance — he believes insurance isn’t just a requirement to mitigate risk, but that it is there to protect people’s dreams. His previous diverse experience includes time as an acoustical engineer, an event planner, and strategic consultant for colleges & universities. After 10 years in Oregon, he returned with his family to Traverse City to join the family business.

Madison is active in the Traverse City community. He is an active member of Rotary, board member for the local chapter of National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, and on the fundraising committee for United Way of Northwest Michigan.
