Annie Zimmerman

Annie manages the 20Fathoms coworking space and membership program. In this role, she is the go-to person for current and prospective members, helping people maximize the resources of our coworking space and make valuable new connections.  

With deep expertise in entrepreneurship, Annie knows what it takes to start a business. She was Co-Founder of One Oak Bride, a bridal shop in downtown Traverse City, and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Anchorlight Creative where she helped women entrepreneurs with strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and acting as a “business therapist.” She is also Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Helm Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing leadership programming for women and girls. 

Annie has a Bachelor’s degree in fashion business from Columbia College Chicago.  

Outside of work, Annie enjoys spending time outdoors, especially in the summertime. With her husband and two young children in tow, she loves beach days, family adventures, backyard happy hours, and cozying up with a sudoku puzzle.
