tccyber offers education, networking, and career growth opportunities for cybersecurity professionals at all career levels.

Based in Traverse City, 20Fathoms provides introductory workshops, advanced professional development training, career guidance, and mentorship. These resources help our program participants:

  • Begin or advance their cybersecurity career
  • Gain perspective on career verticals and focus areas
  • Achieve cybersecurity certifications
  • Add skill sets that will position them for career growth and new job opportunities

tccyber is led by Keith E. Kelly, Program Manager, and Shaun Bertrand, a 25-year cybersecurity veteran.

Our workshops and panel discussions are highly interactive, hands-on, and led by local cybersecurity experts. Our program has a strong community element and events are customized to meet the needs and interests of participants. Topics include:

  • Secure code development

The sky is the limit for careers in cybersecurity right now. According to Cybercrime Magazine, there is a zero-percent unemployment rate for cybersecurity professionals and by 2021, there will be 3.5 million unfilled cybersecurity jobs.
