Chief Financial Officer & Tribal Liaison

Shiloh leads 20Fathoms’ partnership with local Native American communities to deliver startup programming and other support. In this dual role, she also provides management and strategic direction for the organization’s financial and governance responsibilities.

Over the course of Shiloh’s career, she has worked to empower the next generation through roles in economic development and education. She specializes in working with Native American communities to advance innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives. Shiloh is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Sault Tribe Inc. She previously co-founded and served as Executive Director of Arrowhead Incubator, a business incubator program for Native Americans. She also previously served as Director of Sustainable Employment and Economic Development Strategies for the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Odawa Economic Development Management Inc., and as an adjunct professor at both Lake Superior State University and North Central Michigan College. In 2024, she was named one of Northern Michigan’s Influential Women by the Traverse City Record Eagle.

Shiloh has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lake Superior State University and a master’s degree in administration – leadership from Central Michigan University.

When not working, Shiloh enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
