Startup coaches share their time, wisdom, and connections to help entrepreneurs build successful businesses and avoid common mistakes. They can provide guidance to entrepreneurs with new and growing businesses on a full range of topics including business planning and entity formation, funding strategy, sales, operations, human resources, and much more.

New business owners routinely state that mentorship and connections are very important. However, entrepreneurs must be open and committed to learning, as well as willing to make the time to meet with their coach.

Meet your coach:

David Kronberg is the Director of Regional Ecosystem at 20Fathoms. In this role, he develops the strategy, resources, and community partnerships that enable 20Fathoms to provide startup support services to entrepreneurs throughout Northwest Michigan.

Dave has spent his career in Northern Michigan as a small business founder, startup ecosystem builder, technologist, designer, and community leader. Prior to joining 20Fathoms, he most recently served as Director of Entrepreneurial Services & Outreach at Innovate Marquette SmartZone & Invent@NMU. He has a keen understanding of the unique demands that come with building a business in rural Northern Michigan and enjoys utilizing his expertise and network to help the next generation of entrepreneurs succeed.
