FreeBeyond The Idea – Creating a Culture of Innovation in Any Organization
This 90 minute interactive workshop is designed as an introduction to creating innovation-ready cultures inside any organization.
The session will be led by Bill Palladino from Krios Consulting, a 20Fathoms member. The information, tools, and techniques provided in the workshop are based on research from two professors at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, Vijay Govindarajan and Chris Trimble. These researchers and best-selling authors of Beyond The Idea and The Other Side of Innovation have worked with companies around the world to find examples of innovation strategies that work and those that have failed. The session will include discussion of an innovation model created from observing organizations that succeed extraordinarily well at executing innovation.
Workshop instructor and consultant Bill Palladino has worked with hundreds of companies, nonprofits, and governments around the globe teaching innovation, change management, and positive psychology in the workplace. He was a partner with Govindarajan and Trimble in creating their innovation parable How Stella Saved the Farm and training workshops of the same name. Several copies of the authors’ books will be given out to lucky participants in the session.
