Craig Wesley

Craig Wesley serves as Executive Director of 20Fathoms, leading the growing organization and hub of startup support services in Northwest Michigan. Under Craig’s leadership, 20Fathoms provides high-quality educational programming and resources for the region’s entrepreneurs, as well as a vibrant coworking space in Traverse City.  

A veteran of both Silicon Valley and Midwest startups, Craig has 25 years of business and executive experience working with growing companies. Most recently Craig supported executives in consulting roles, providing hands-on operational expertise at pivotal growth points, including serving as a Strategic Advisor for local trulyfreehome.com and the Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for trulyfreemarket.com. 

Craig graduated from Michigan State University. Following a career in Silicon Valley, he and his family relocated to Northern Michigan. He is active in the community, and previously served on the board of City Opera House and as the co-chair for TCAPS Citizens for Students, a high-impact volunteer team that led the YES vote campaign for Traverse City Public Schools $107M bond millage proposal.  

In his spare time, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. Like many northern Michiganders, he also loves to get out in the great outdoors and play golf and tennis.
