20Fathoms is pleased to announce a new round of funding for startups and small businesses in Northwest Michigan. In partnership with Venture North, 20Fathoms is providing $72,000 in small business grants to startups in Northwest Michigan in early 2025.
Designed for innovative and scalable startups, these grants are highly competitive and will be awarded to 16 small businesses for an average of $4,500 each.
How to apply for the grants:
Eligibility:
- Business is headquartered in one of the following Northwest Michigan counties: Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Manistee, Missaukee, or Wexford.
- Individuals who are traditionally underrepresented in business ownership are especially encouraged to apply. This includes women, BIPOC, Native Americans, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
