20Fathoms office moving to Bayview Professional Centre with expanded space and amenities

20Fathoms announces a move to a new office in the Bayview Professional Centre (10850 E. Traverse Hwy., Traverse City) which offers expanded space and amenities for members of the tech incubator and coworking space. The move will occur the week of Oct. 26.

The new 20Fathoms office is nearly double the size of their previous office at 101 N. Park St. in Traverse City. With the increased space, 20Fathoms will be expanding its footprint as northern Michigan’s tech hub. HealthBridge and SampleServe, both graduates of the 20Fathoms incubator, will be moving their staff to the new 20Fathoms office, while other tech companies at Bayview include Atlas Space Operations and Naveego.

“With HealthBridge and SampleServe moving back in with us, it feels like we’re getting the band back together,” said Lauren Bigelow, Executive Director at 20Fathoms. “I’m excited to have so many of Traverse City’s talented tech professionals and entrepreneurs all in one place. This will not only add to the vibrancy of the office but also provide a lot of opportunity for future growth – both for 20Fathoms and for our member businesses.”

20Fathoms is accepting membership inquiries for those interested in utilizing the new office space and startup incubation services. While the private offices have all been reserved, coworking space options are available and include dedicated desks ($350/month), shared space ($200/month), starter 5-pack ($100/month), and a virtual office with drop-in options ($50/month).
