DESCRIPTION:Community\, connections\, and innovation\n\n\nThe TCNewTech Pitch Competition is a free\, public celebration of Michigan’s startup scene. Watch founders take the stage\, make their case in five minutes\, and compete for real cash awards — then join before and after to connect with the people building the region’s future.Each founder gets 5 minutes to pitch\, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A with a panel of expert judges. The judges will crown the top ideas — and the audience picks their own favorite. First Place and Audience Choice Awards are all up for grabs. \nBeyond the stage\, you’ll find an expo in the lobby featuring local and regional organizations\, a cash bar\, and plenty of room to build relationships with entrepreneurs\, innovators\, students\, and startup supporters who are shaping Northern Michigan’s growing ecosystem. \nEvent Schedule \n4:30–5:30 pm — Doors open | Expo + cash bar in the lobby \n5:30–6:45 pm — Pitch competition \n6:45–7:30 pm — Networking \n7:30 pm onward — Afterparty!
