In this role she oversees our business incubation and acceleration initiatives\, access to capital program\, and technology transfer. Delaney has spent her career in entrepreneurship\, startups\, and technology. She has built small companies\, launched university-based innovation labs\, and developed a statewide startup support hub for rural founders\, all from a remote location at 7700’ at her previous home base in southwest Colorado. Prior to moving to Michigan and joining 20Fathoms\, Delaney was Managing Director of Pando Telecom where she led the company to 10x growth over 12 months. She was also the Executive Director of Startup Colorado where she developed the organization from the ground up\, establishing a first-of-its-kind statewide rural startup network. Additionally she served as Co-founder of Catapult Outdoor Industry Accelerator\, Founder and Creative Director of RoShamBo: Marketing + Creative\, and Director and Small Business Consultant for the Colorado Small Business Development Center Network.
