Sometimes it’s intentional\, and sometimes growth or other pressures get a team to work the way they do. As more than 200\,000 organizations around the globe have found\, running on EOS achieves rapid growth and a more balanced org. EOS is a people operating system that harnesses human energy through a simple set of tools and principles. \nThis event is hosted by 20Fathoms in partnership with Amy Courter. \nEvent format:\nThis is an in-person event and there is no charge to attend. \nLight snacks will be provided. \nSpace is limited. Please register. \nWho should attend:\nLeaders and owners of organizations who wants to solve issues before they become problems\, get the right people in the right seats\, make meetings so productive that you actually look forward to them\, and build a culture of accountability\, join us. You’ll depart our talk with immediately usable information\, workbooks\, and a life-changing book to chart your course to being your best. \nAbout the presenter:\nAs a Certified Entrepreneurial Operating System Implementer (EOSI)\, Amy S. Courter teaches\, facilitates\, and coaches leaders and owners of organizations to be their best. It’s a journey to independence — teams graduate with mastery\, and keep their organizations strong\, by running on EOS. Amy has led organizations of over 60\,000 members\, managing teams from her seat at the executive table\, such as CEO\, COO\, CFO\, and CIO\, and in a variety of industries both for-profit and not-for-profit\, private and public. \n\n\nAbout 20Fathoms\n20Fathoms is the home of technology and entrepreneurship in Northern Michigan.
