SUMMARY:Monthly Founder Accountability Huddle
DESCRIPTION:Bring your goals (business or personal). 15 minute drop in sessions for goal setting and feedback—without the pressure to be perfect.\n\n\nALL SESSIONS TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM. \n  \nStay Connected. Stay Accountable. Stay Human.\nScrum at 20Fathoms isn’t just about productivity—it’s about building a rhythm of support for entrepreneurs in Northern Michigan. Sprint Kickoff & Planning (1 hour)\nHeld on the first Monday of each month from 9:00–10:00 am.\nWe launch the new sprint\, align on goals\, and identify priority tasks for the month. \n2. Stand-Up / Daily Scrum (15 minutes\, M/W/F)\nOccurs every Monday\, Wednesday\, and Friday during the sprint from 9:00–9:15 am.\nQuick check-ins to share progress\, surface blockers\, and keep momentum. \n3. Sprint Review & Retrospective (1 hour)\nHeld on the last Friday of the month from 9:00–10:00 am.\nWe review accomplishments\, discuss challenges\, and reflect on improvements going into the next sprint. \nAbout the presenter:\nAs a Certified Scrum Master\, Organizational Coach\, and 20Fathoms EIR\, Lisa Carbonell specializes in cultivating authenticity\, transparency\, accountability\, and continuous learning using an Agile framework.
