Director of Development & Community Engagement

Brittany works with donors and supporters throughout our community to strengthen 20Fathoms programs that advance tech and entrepreneurship in the Grand Traverse Region.

She is passionate about championing business as a force for good – for people, the community, and the environment. She specializes in sustainability and impact strategy, corporate giving, design thinking, and cross-functional business leadership. Her previous experience includes participating in Michelin’s Global Leadership Program and serving as Impact Manager at Hagerty. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business BBA Program with a Spanish minor and the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business International MBA program with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Business Analytics certificate, and French language immersion.

Brittany is active in the Traverse City community. She is a member of the organizing team for the Community Innovation Lab at Northwestern Michigan College, board member for the Grand Traverse Bay Watershed Center, a Creative Coast Northern Navigator for Traverse Connect, a tour guide for Traverse City Wine & Beer Tours, participant in Leadership Grand Traverse, and past participant in the Traverse Connect Women’s Leadership Cohort.

In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, paddle boarding, kickball, yoga, living everyday like a traveler, international languages and foods, and making cork crafts.
